Link Submission Terms and Conditions

This page provides terms and conditions applied to submitting a link to the index of the web. It is our goal to provide a rich and safe web viewing experience for our users. Our website is family friendly. We do not allow content which younger viewers may find disturbing.

There are three ways to submit a link

1) Paid Submissions - These are processed within three business days for a cost of $14.95 via PayPal. This will include one free re-submit if your link does not meet our guidelines as outlined in the guidelines section. All paid submissions are reviewed by a real live person. Paid Submissions are not subject to Web Bot rejection.

2) Tit for Tat - If you post a link to one of our web pages (related subject preferred), then fill out our form and we will process your link submission. These will be processed as a second priority behind our Paid Submissions.

3) Free submissions - Our Free Submission is currently closed. We were overrun with SPAM and BOT (junk) submissions. We have more than 200,000 submissions of which, about 95% are junk. We are working on solutions to this problem and expect to have a solution by August 2009. Free submissions are third priority behind Paid Submissions and Tit for Tat.

Processing (Unpaid Submissions only)
After submission of your link, our Bot will examine your submissions to screen for junk / spam submissions. Next, one of our editors will review the text you submitted and then open the web page of the link you provided. The web page and website will be reviewed and must be a reflection of the contents of the link. We reserve the right to edit content.

Submission Guidelines - Our guidelines are simple:

1) NO Pornography - I won't define it but "I know it when I see it".

2) NO Heavy profanity - If you cannot express yourself without the extensive use of profanity, then you page will be rejected...unless you improve your communication skills.

3) NO "Under Construction" or under developed websites - Your page must be finished prior to submission. No exceptions. This includes empty databases.

4) NO Obnoxious Flashing Stuff - This includes unsolicited obnoxious sounds

5) NO Websites overloaded with Advertising - Advertising is great but if your page content includes more than 25% advertising, it will be rejected.

6) NO Websites with Subject Matter Prone to Fraud - Our current list includes Gambling, Pharmaceutical or "Get Rich Quick" Schemes.

7) NO Tracking or Forwarding Links - We list direct links to pages only. Links which contain data passing are prohibited as they may lead to advertising fraud. If your link is a landing page which forwards to another page, it will be rejected. Our Web Bot will reject them before they are reviewed by a person.

8) No Poor Quality Submissions - We only require a brief Title and Description of your website. We receive many submissions which have no Title or Description. These are rejected by our Web Bot. For those who are not serious about their submission, we won't be serious about processing it.

Acceptance
When your link is accepted, we will provide an email with details of your link including a link to the the page which it appears.

Rejection - unpaid submissions only
Links may be rejected by our Web Bot or by a person for failure to follow our guidelines as described in our Submission Guidelines section. We may notify you by email of the reason for rejection. We will not respond to junk / spam submissions. If your link is rejected, then you may not resubmit for 120 days. Failure to comply will result in a permanent ban. The only way to work resolve the permanent ban or forgo the 120 day waiting period is by using the Paid Submission.

Use of your personal information
Your email address will be used only to contact you regarding the status of your submission. We will not allow anyone to have your email address for any reason, except a court order.
